I found myself deep in a career working over 80 hours a week. I slept little, ate little, stressed lots and worked tons. I was very driven to be the best and give my clients all of me. Massage was something I never MADE time for. Until one day I found a therapist that changed all of that.

 

Massage became a routine and slowly I learned how to balance my life and in turn balanced my body and mind. It changed me completely. I learned that caring for myself FIRST allowed me to better care for others. I wanted to make that kind of impact in others that was made in me. That is why I became a massage therapist.
